How Do I Pick Up My Order?
1. You will be contacted that your order is ready for pickup, orders can be picked up Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM.
2. Drive to our local shop.
3.Tell us you are picking up an online order. We will ask you for your order number, please have it ready.
4. Once we have confirmed your order information we will collect the order out for you to carry out. Please let us know if you need assistance with carryout.

Our retail store offers a wide selection of fresh and frozen cuts for you to choose from. Our storefront has a variety of cuts of beef, pork, chicken, and lamb, as well as our in house made sausages and smoked products. We also offer 10 lb cases and mixed meat packs to stock your freezer. Most of our customers don’t make it out the door, before biting into a piece of our famous homemade pepperoni!
Who We Are
Our story starts with our grandfather in the 1930’s. Previously trained as a butcher by his grandfather in England, he began as a small on-farm slaughter operation for his own animals. He did door-to-door sales in Cumberland County and Courtenay. In the 40’s and 50’s, the operation was expanded to turkey farming, with 10,000 turkeys. We are located in the Comox Valley, and have served farmers and ranchers on Vancouver Island for more than 30 years with our processing facility.
